Parisa Korous is the Founder of Korous Recruiting. She has spent over a decade recruiting attorneys for Am Law 200 firms, regional firms, and specialty boutiques.
With an established national network, great reputation, and expertise, Parisa helps Partners and Associates secure sought-after positions across the United States. Given her national platform, she has consistently overseen complex cross-country relocations to all major markets in Texas, as well as Washington, D.C., Chicago, Denver, and Atlanta among other major U.S. legal markets.
Parisa’s reputation has been built on her ability to step into the shoes of both candidates and clients. Drawing on a unique combination of industry knowledge and emotional intelligence, she consistently makes great matches that support both candidate and client needs.
Parisa graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Dallas with a B.A. in Political Science. During her time at UT-Dallas, she served as Founding President of Delta Epsilon Academic Honors Society. Prior to founding her own firm, she served first as Recruiting Coordinator and was then promoted to Managing Director of Attorney Recruiting for a legal recruiting firm in Dallas, Texas.
Parisa is actively involved in community-building as she believes that all individuals can serve as active agents for society’s growth and advancement. She dedicates her time weekly to programs that support the betterment of youth and adults in her local community.
In her free time, Parisa enjoys working out on her Peloton, giving lots of love to her dog Juju and most importantly spending time with her husband. She is fluent in English and Farsi and is currently learning Serbian
